HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
- Go to “My Returns“.
- Click on Order Number then choose items you wish to return.
- Give us the reason why you would like to return.
- Submit the return.
- Once your Return has been confirmed,please send the parcel to the address below;

IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn
- For hygienic purposes, earrings, masks and socks are non-returnable.
- If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, please contact customer service within 5-7 days of receiving your order.
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear without removing the hygienic strip. If the hygienic strip has been removed or tampered with, they are no longer eligible for return.
- For all items packed with boxes, both items and its box must be returned in its original conditions.
- Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box included.
- Shoes and its shoe box must be in the original condition and shall not be modified.
- LAST/PORTRAIT reserve the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn’t meet above conditions.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date the item is received.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
INTIMATES RETURN POLICY
- Bras must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn, with tags attached. For hygienic purposes, all underwear are non-returnable.
HOW LONG TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- Allow 2-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
